Yoga HIIT Legs
Join me on the mat for a 20 min super strong session for our legs
What to expect: Fast flowing yoga sequence working through Crescent Warrior, Warrior 2, Side Angle, Twist, Thunderbolt and Thunder Power, High Plank, Down Dog
HIIT 4 rounds of 20sec on and 10sec active rest - Lunge Dips and Lunge/Squat Taps
